Questions about Sentence case

More answers in the TextVix FAQ.

Are proper nouns kept capitalized?

No — sentence case lowercases everything except the first letter of each sentence and “I”. Check names afterwards.

Does it handle abbreviations like “e.g.”?

Yes. Common abbreviations such as i.e., e.g., Mr. and Dr. don’t start a new sentence.

Is my text uploaded anywhere?

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your text and files are never sent to a server or stored.
