Simple terms for simple tools. By using TextVix, you agree to the following.
The service
TextVix is a free collection of browser-based tools provided by OrevX Labs. You may use it for personal and commercial work. Tools may be added, changed or removed at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t use TextVix to break the law or anyone’s rights — for example to process data you are not allowed to process, to collect personal data without permission, or to send spam — and don’t interfere with the website’s operation or try to overload it.
Your content
You keep all rights to the text and files you use with TextVix. Tools run in your browser, so OrevX Labs doesn’t receive your content and claims no rights to it. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you work with.
Results
We work to make every tool accurate and to describe its limits clearly, but TextVix is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Check results before relying on them, especially for important data, and keep your original files.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OrevX Labs isn’t liable for losses arising from your use of TextVix, including loss of data or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or takes away consumer rights you have where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version will always be on this page, with its date.
