What if a column has no heading?

It is named column1, column2 and so on. Repeated headings get _2, _3 added.

How are dates written?

As text in YYYY-MM-DD form (with the time when a cell has one).

Are my files uploaded?

No. Files are opened and processed by your browser, on your device. TextVix never receives them, and they are gone when you close the tab.
